Flame Sensor Module

The Flame Sensor Module is designed to detect infrared light emitted by flames, making it ideal for fire detection and safety applications. It features a sensitive IR sensor that detects flame signals within a range of 760nm to 1100nm wavelengths. The module provides both digital and analog outputs for easy integration with microcontrollers like Arduino and Raspberry Pi. With an adjustable sensitivity potentiometer, it can be used for applications such as fire alarms, flame detection systems, and other safety projects.

• Indicator light: a green one for the switch, a red one for power.
• Built in a potentiometer for sensitivity control.
• Onboard signal output indication, output effective signal is high, at the same time the indicator lights up, the output signal can directly connect to microcontroller IO.
• Can detect fire or wavelength in 760 ~ 1100 nm nano within the scope of the light source.
• Detection angle about 60 degrees, the flame spectrum especially sensitive.
• The flame of the most sensitive sensors flames, the regular light is also a response, generally used for fire alarm purposes.

Applications

This sensor can be used as a robot eye to find the fire source in a firefighting robot.
